The magnetic pump is provided by the transmission medium to the sliding bearing lubrication and cooling, in the absence of an inlet valve or outlet valve, the sliding bearing is not due to the transmission medium lubrication and cooling and lead to high temperature damage.
3 sets of damage: magnetic pump magnetic coupling is pumped by the medium cooling, if the medium has hard particles, it is easy to cause the isolation of a set of scratch or wear, sometimes if the maintenance method is not likely to cause damage to the isolation.
4 prevent particles from entering
(1) there are ferromagnetic impurities and particles into the magnetic actuator and bearing friction is not allowed.
(2) after the transfer of easy crystallization or precipitation of the medium should be promptly washed (after the pump cavity perfusion with water, clean operation after 1min), in order to protect the service life of the sliding bearing.
(3) a medium containing solid particles should be filtered at the entrance of the pump flow.
5 prevent demagnetization
(1) the magnetic torque is not too small.
(2) shall be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and the medium temperature is strictly prohibited. Can be isolated from the magnetic pump set on the external surface of the platinum resistance temperature sensor to detect the temperature rise of the ring region, so that the temperature of the alarm or stop.
6 prevent dry friction
(1) no idling.
(2) the time of the media is strictly prohibited.
(3) the outlet valve is closed under the condition of the pump running time should not exceed 2min, to prevent overheating and failure of magnetic driver.
